Bottle Gentian with their late summer angular blue flowers are slow-growing, but require little care once the plants are established. Bumblebees are the primary pollinator because they are they are they are strong enough to pry open the closed flowers. Bottle Gentian prefers sun, tolerates part-sun, and adapts to all but the wettest or driest soils.
