A favorite of my childhood woodland garden, plant this beautiful native spring ephemeral in part-shade or shade. Full shade yields fewer flowers. The flowers are shaped like pants that will be appreciated by your spring pollinators. 

Plant in moist, fertile well drained soil.

Un favori du jardin forestier de mon enfance. Plantez cette belle éphémère printanière indigène à l'ombre ou à mi-ombre. La pleine ombre donne moins de fleurs. 

Planter dans un sol humide, fertile et bien drainé.
